he's fired.
saw him again and now i'm on 3 antihistamines ... still swollen.
ate chilies and dairy ... no change.
maybe i'm allergic to him!

I can tell you about the elimination diet I went on for Mimi - the least allergenic food that was palatable for meat carbs, fruit and veggies.
